Morphiaas USA is a performance marketing and creative agency. We plan, build, and run brand, creative, growth technology, and paid media programs for consumer and B2B companies. Our office is at 1502 Utah St, Houston, Texas, and our website is morphiaasusa.com.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website, contact us, or engage us as a client, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It covers morphiaasusa.com and the marketing emails and messages we send. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which run their own policies.
We also operate morphiaas.com for the India market. That site is a separate property with its own privacy policy, and data collected there is handled under that policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form, book a call, subscribe, or reply to us, we collect what you choose to send. That usually includes your name, work email address, phone number, company name, website, role, budget range, and the details of your enquiry. If you email, call, message us on LinkedIn or WhatsApp, or book time through a scheduling tool, we keep a record of that exchange so we can follow up properly.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, our servers and analytics tools record technical data: your IP address, browser type and user agent, device type, operating system, screen size, language, the page that referred you, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and how you scrolled or clicked. We derive an approximate city-level location from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Information from advertising and analytics platforms
Advertising and analytics providers give us aggregated and pseudonymous reporting about how our campaigns and pages perform, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and audience characteristics. We use this to measure results, not to identify you individually.
Client account data
If you are a client, read this section. When we manage advertising, analytics, email, CRM, or e-commerce accounts on your behalf, we access personal data held inside those platforms. In that context we act as a service provider and processor, and you remain the controller of that data.
We process it only on your documented instructions and only for the services you engaged us to deliver. We do not sell it, do not use it for our own marketing, and do not combine it with data from any other client. Access is limited to the team members working on your account, and it is revoked when the engagement ends.

Embedded content from other websites

Who we share your data with
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it. These include website hosting and security providers, email and CRM platforms used for outreach and client communication, analytics providers, advertising platforms, scheduling tools, cloud storage and document providers, accounting software, and payment processors. Each is bound by contract to protect the data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, in response to a lawful request from a public authority, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, safety, and property. If Morphiaas USA is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will notify you if a different privacy policy will apply.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Note that under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, the use of advertising and analytics cookies can qualify as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of that activity using the contact details below or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
How long we retain your data
We keep enquiry and prospect records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client records, contracts, invoices, and campaign documentation are kept for the length of the engagement plus seven years, which is what our tax and legal obligations require. Marketing subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe or go inactive for 24 months. Server and security logs are held for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained according to each platform’s default period, currently 14 months for Google Analytics 4. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Your privacy rights
United States
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law in force, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to correct inaccurate information, to ask us to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. You may also appeal if we decline a request.
To exercise a right, email hello@morphiaasusa.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity using information already in our records before we act, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take up to a further 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority.
Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to how we process it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Marketing preferences
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click. You can also reply to any message and ask us to stop, and we will remove you. We will still send transactional and account messages related to work in progress.
Global Privacy Control
Where the law requires it, we treat an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, sent from your browser or extension, as a valid request to stop selling or sharing your personal information and to stop targeted advertising for that browser.
Children’s privacy
This website and our services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your data is sent
Our website and primary systems are hosted in the United States. Morphiaas operates from Houston, Texas and Delhi, India, so your information may be accessed and processed by our team in India and by service providers in other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism, together with additional safeguards where they are needed.
Comments submitted on the site may be checked by an automated spam detection service. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email. If you upload images to the site, avoid images with embedded location data, because visitors can download and extract that data.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices, tools, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will post a notice on this page and, where required, contact you directly.
