Built around the buyer ↗01 / The mission
Less searching.
More certainty.
An extensive inventory is valuable only when the right part is easy to find.
Two buyers. Two ways in.
Experienced buyers arrived with exact part numbers. Others needed clear routes through brands and categories. The old experience did not serve both well.
A complex catalog, made harder
Inventory presentation, mobile usability and the route from discovery to cart needed a clearer structure.
Confidence matters at every step
Trust signals and support needed to be easy to find, without disrupting the inventory and API logic already in place.
Rebuild the journey.
Respect the engine.
The redesign focused on the customer-facing experience while preserving the systems that kept the store running.
01 — Navigation that follows intent
Brand and category pathways supported exploratory shopping, while the overall navigation was reorganized for high-intent, part-driven searches.
02 — Mobile from the beginning
The redesign started with mobile, creating a responsive and consistent shopping experience across devices.
03 — A shorter path to the cart
Frequently purchased products became easier to reach. Stronger support touchpoints and trust cues helped buyers move forward with confidence.
04 — Integration-safe delivery
Existing Shopify apps, custom inventory logic and APIs were retained. The customer journey improved without disturbing the working operational foundation.
Explore the buying experience
One store.
Two flight paths.
Give high-intent buyers a direct route.
Part-driven navigation and faster access to frequently purchased items reduce the work between knowing a need and reaching the cart.
Make the catalog easier to understand.
Shop by Brand and product category routes support buyers who need to explore, with accessible support to help them decide.
Illustrative journey based on the documented redesign; not a live product search.
