The collection stayed. Everything around it changed.
A conversion-first storefront, a repeatable content engine and a tighter funnel turned a year-old collection into ten times the monthly revenue in six months.
Reported results: Morphiaas Case Studies 2026.

The product was never the problem.
Aeon arrived with a collection that had been live for twelve months and only 16 orders in February. The diagnosis was visibility and conviction: too few people saw the clothes, and the storefront gave those who did too little reason to buy.

Fix the fitting room before buying attention.
Morphiaas rebuilt the website first, around identity, trust and the buying decision. That order mattered because sending paid or organic attention into a 0.30% conversion rate would only have amplified the leak.

Make distribution part of the infrastructure.
Repeatable formats, cadence and hooks built a content engine that reached 20 million monthly views at peak. Store traffic grew fourteenfold from the February baseline, turning audience growth into a dependable input.

Turn attention into orders.
The team tightened the funnel page by page and product by product. By July the store converted at 4.6 times the inherited rate and recorded 236 orders, compared with 16 in February.

Same clothes. A different machine.
The turnaround came from sequence: diagnose the real constraint, rebuild the storefront, manufacture attention, then improve conversion. The clothes did not change; the system around them did.
What the sequence shows
A repeatable content system manufactured sustained reach. Every step between attention and purchase was tightened.

Ten times the monthly revenue in six months.
Published store data reports monthly revenue rising from $2,079 in February to approximately $21,700 in July, a 944% increase. The July revenue and conversion-rate values are derived in the source from published baselines and growth figures.
